Shunters has been in the same family for well over 30 years, and continues to provide a friendly, flexible national transport service from the north Northumberland area.

A Limited Company since 2013, our main aim is to provide a reliable and professional service. We have a fleet of versatile, modern vehicles, capable of transporting a huge range of consignments.

We are able to keep costs down by scheduling various deliveries and collections along the route, so that the cost of the run is shared. For larger consignments, or if you need something collected or delivered on a specific date, we can quote for a dedicated run.

If you are moving house, we recognize that this is a stressful process, and we endeavour to provide a friendly service to minimize additional worry. Local removals can be priced by the hour or on a fixed price, whereas longer distance removals are normally quoted following a visit to assess the volume of furniture and boxes.
